Most junk removal companies in the Twin Cities claim to serve "the metro area" and leave it at that. Alpha Haulers publishes a specific list: 34 named cities across Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Anoka, Scott, Carver, and Stearns counties. No vague coverage claims, no areas we quietly skip. Every city on this page is a route we run regularly.
We’re family-owned — not a Junk King franchise, not 1-800-GOT-JUNK, not a contractor who bought a trailer. When you call (651) 373-6627, you’re talking to the people who will show up at your door. Same-day service available, firm price before we start, 5-star rating on Google. Find your city in the county sections below.

Alpha Haulers is not a franchise location. When you call, you reach the actual team that will show up at your door. No call centers, no subcontractors, no national markup. The people who answer the phone are the people who do the work — and they stake their reputation on every job. That’s why the Google rating is 5 stars across hundreds of reviews.
Most customers who call before noon get a same-day appointment. We run dedicated routes across the south metro, north metro, east metro, and Minneapolis core — which means wherever you are in our service area, we’re likely already nearby. No waiting a week, no inflated “rush” fees. Just a fair price and a fast arrival window.
Every quote is based on the actual volume your job takes up in the truck. We give you the number before we touch a single item — you approve it first. There are no add-ons after loading, no surprise minimum fees, and no charges for items we quoted as included. Text us a photo to get a ballpark before we even schedule the visit.
Call (651) 373-6627 or text a photo of what you need removed. We’ll confirm your city is on our route and give you the earliest available window — often same day.
We show up on time, look at the job, and give you a firm upfront price based on truck volume. You approve the number before anything gets loaded. No bait-and-switch, no estimates that balloon after the fact.
We carry everything out, load it ourselves, sweep the area clean, and haul it all off. Usable items go to local donation first. Everything else is properly recycled or disposed of. Done in one visit.
Alpha Haulers serves 34 cities across 8 counties: Andover, Apple Valley, Blaine, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Burnsville, Chaska, Coon Rapids, Cottage Grove, Eagan, Eden Prairie, Edina, Farmington, Golden Valley, Hastings, Inver Grove Heights, Jordan, Lakeville, Maple Grove, Maplewood, Mendota Heights, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, New Hope, Plymouth, Prior Lake, Rosemount, Savage, Shakopee, St. Cloud, St. Louis Park, St. Paul, Waconia, and Woodbury. Every city on that list is a route we run regularly — not a zone we’ll theoretically cover if you pay extra.
No. Pricing is based on the volume your job takes up in the truck — not your zip code or how far out you are in the metro. A half-truck load in Waconia costs the same as a half-truck load in Minneapolis. There are no out-of-area surcharges, no travel fees, and no minimum charges that vary by city. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Same-day service is available across most of the service area, especially if you call in the morning. We run dedicated routes through the south metro (Dakota County cities), east metro (Washington County), north metro (Anoka County), and Minneapolis/Hennepin County. For cities further out like St. Cloud, Waconia, or Jordan, we typically schedule within 24–48 hours. Call (651) 373-6627 and we'll tell you the exact availability for your area.
Locally owned. Alpha Haulers is not a Junk King franchise, 1-800-GOT-JUNK, or any other national brand. We're a family-owned business based in the Twin Cities — the people you reach on the phone are the people who show up at your door. No call centers, no subcontractors. When you book with us, you know exactly who's coming.
We remove almost everything: furniture, appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves), mattresses, electronics, yard waste, renovation debris, hot tubs, exercise equipment, pianos, full garage contents, basement contents, estate cleanouts, and commercial office furniture and equipment. Items we cannot take include hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos), propane tanks, and biological waste. If you're unsure whether we can take something, text us a photo at (651) 373-6627 and we'll let you know immediately.
Yes. We work directly with property managers, business owners, and office administrators on commercial cleanouts throughout the metro. Office furniture, cubicle systems, filing cabinets, electronics, break room equipment, and general commercial debris — we handle it all. We can work around business hours and coordinate with building management. Commercial pricing follows the same volume-based model as residential jobs.
We prioritize donation and recycling on every job. Furniture, appliances, and household goods in usable condition go to local donation centers before anything is disposed of. Metal, electronics, and recyclables are sorted and processed appropriately. We aim to keep as much as possible out of landfills — both because it's the right thing to do and because many items genuinely have a second life. We'll let you know on-site what we're able to donate or recycle from your load.
The fastest way is to text a photo of the items you need removed to (651) 373-6627. Based on what we can see, we'll give you a ballpark range before we even schedule the visit. On arrival, we'll do a quick walkthrough and give you a firm price — which you approve before we start. There are no obligations at the estimate stage and no charges for coming out to quote.
Possibly. Our listed service area covers 34 cities, but we occasionally extend to nearby areas for larger jobs or when we already have a route running nearby. Call us at (651) 373-6627 with your city and zip code and we'll let you know if we can make it work. We'd rather give you an honest answer than quote you and not show up.
Find your city above, call or text, and we’ll give you a same-day window and a firm price before we start. Family-owned, 5-star rated, no franchise markup.
